Refund policy
At Ritika Dacha, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted in limited quantities using delicate crochet and textile techniques. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we currently do not offer refunds.
We accept exchange requests for eligible items within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all packaging intact.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or style is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Customized or made-to-order pieces
- Discounted or sale items
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to improper handling or care
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
Due to variations in screen settings, slight differences in colour may occur and will not be considered defects.
We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.
